2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as the nature and purpose of their use

The data processed by BLIZAN are your common personal data (such as, for example, password, name, surname, email, IP address, Device information).

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request comes from and in order to be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data processing for the purpose of establishing contact with us takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. Your personal data will not be transmiked to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

6. The transfer of data to non-EU countries

We inform you that BB will store data on servers located in European Union, but some suppliers it uses may transfer such data to non-EU countries on the basis of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Articles 45, 46 and 47 GDPR, such as the adequacy decisions of the EU Commission, the standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission and the binding corporate rules (so-called BCR). The list of countries and adequate guarantees for the transfer can be provided to you upon your simple request to BLIZAN.

7. What are your privacy rights and how can you exercise them

In the cases provided for by articles 15 and following GDPR, you have the right to ask BB for access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of such data, as well as the right to data portability.
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of data for marketing and profiling purposes for marketing purposes and not to be subjected to automated decision- making processes.
You also have the right to withdraw the consent given.
